No Hormones

Rather than fighting nature and attempting to create a large cow enlarged with unnatural hormones, our beef is grown on mother’s milk and eased into a natural diet of native Texas pastures. No hormones used to create fake weight gain.

Limited Stress.

When harvest time arrives, our cattle have had time to adjust to their new pasture, and we ensure temperature and conditions are favorable to keep cattle stress to a minimum. They are gently guided to their destination and handled with care. These cows are hand raised and each one is cared for with pride.

No Additives.

“Pink slime” in grocery store beef is frightening. Who wants to eat something like that?

Our beef cuts have no additives of any kind. Just Beef, the way nature intended.
