Our Story

We raise beef, but not your typical grocery store beef. Inspired by the great cattle ranches of Texas, where Angus graze the native pastureland and cows raise calves on their own, we’ve made a conscious decision to let nature lead the way. We source our beef from a local Texas farm where cattle health and well-being is the top priority.

During the pandemic, we saw the empty beef freezers and shook our heads at how the large beef companies had essentially crippled the American family mealtime. Our freezers were packed to the brim with steaks, roasts, ground beef and other specialty cuts with far more than we could eat on our own. We then decided to sell our beef to local consumers. No one should have uncertainty in the planning of their meals and we want to be the reliable beef provider for you.

Buy a Cow

The most affordable way to purchase our pasture raised cattle is to buy the cow itself.

We will arrange the transportation from our local farm to the butcher shop where your beef will be aged for 14 days to ensure a tender quality. After 14 days, your beef will be cut and packaged according to your specifications. Once your beef is ready to go, we will arrange delivery to you in the local area. Grain/Corn-finished cattle can be arranged upon request and with deposit.
